The Annual Winter Arts & Crafts Fair is scheduled To be held on: Friday, December 5 Saturday, December 6 Sunday December 7, 2008
Washington Avenue. Booth spaces will cost $35.00 (No electricity spaces are available.) Applications will be mailed out to all of last years entrants. If you would like to be added to this mailing list you can call the Grants Recreation Department at 505-285-3542 Ext. 119.
There is always a variety of Arts & Crafts, painting, ceramics, baked goods, leatherwork, woodwork, flower arrangements, pottery, Indian jewelry, Crochet, needlework, and much more!! Come out and do a bit of Christmas shopping. Concession will be available to vendors and customers.
No fee will be charged for the public to attend this fair. Rules
1. PLEASE READ YOUR RULES!
2. Fair will be held at 551 Washington Avenue (FFFC), Grants, New Mexico. Please mail applications & make checks payable to: (Grants Recreation 551 Washington Avenue Grants, NM 87020)
3. Entry fee will be $35.00 per (9x8) 9 feet wide and 8 feet deep space. This includes individuals, clubs, organizations, etc. ( There will be no spaces with electricity). All booths sold on a first come first serve basis.
4. Deadline date for entry form and fee will be 4:30 PM on Thursday, December 4, 2008. No refunds will be issued unless notification of withdrawal is received by 4:30 PM on Thursday, December 4, 2008.
5. Entrants are responsible for furnishing their own set up and maintaining their exhibit for the entire fair.
6. Set up time will be Friday, December 5, 2008 from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Fair will be open to the public at 6:00 PM.
7. Entrants leaving before completion of the three day fair will not be permitted entry into future shows. (Exceptions: entrants must sell out completely.)
8. Only hand made items will be accepted. Homemade baked goods and home- made candy will be accepted. NO CAN SODA OR PICKLES WILL BE SOLD.
9. Exhibitors will be responsible for making, pricing, and selling their own work. Exhibitors will not be allowed into the exhibit hall until 9:45 AM on Saturday, and 10:45 AM on Sunday.
10. Absolutely no smoking, no alcoholic beverages, and no pets allowed in gym.
11. Booth Spaces will not be assigned until the week of the fair, the Grants Recreation will assign these spaces.
